Beer selections

Visiting on your Wisconsin travel adventure, you will have a wide variety of beers to choose from. There is the Honey Lager Light, which is a light beer with a distinctive crisp flavor and floral overtones. The brewery uses clover honey and light barley malt to produce this American-inspired style.

The Bavarian Weiss is a traditional German Hefeweizen with a banana and clove taste. A special wheat, weiss yeast, is used after the fermentation process and it is served with a lemon wedge.

The Water Street Amber is a carmel malt with fresh Oregon hops to produce a rich color and distinctive aroma for this Amber lager.

The Pale Ale is an American-style ale made from whole flower hops. This has a rich, spicy flavor.

The Old World Oktoberfest is one to be tried by experience beer drinkers on your Wisconsin travels. It is a dark German lager with six malts that are aged to produce a smooth beer.

The Munich Lager is a Munich-style beer that has a light color and big flavor.

The Raspberry Weiss uses 200 pounds of fresh raspberries that are added to the traditional Weiss beer. It gives it a red color and fruity taste.

The Porter is a deep brown/black English ale that has a slight chocolate flavor. It is like the Stout, but smoother.

The Stout is a hearty black Irish ale. They use roasted barley to give it the coffee and dark chocolate flavor. This is for the experienced beer drinkers as well!

Finally there is the Dopplebock, a strong lager beer that will warm you right up.

The Water Street Brewery is a local brewery that specializes in many different types of beer. They are centrally located for your Wisconsin travel adventure. Take a tour or just head into the bar to sample some of their regular and seasonal beers.
