Wisconsin Travel and the Milwaukee Boat Line
The Milwaukee Boat line is home of the Iroquois, Milwaukee's favorite boat tour for the past 40 years.
Seeing Milwaukee from the river
Milwaukee Boat Line offers you the chance to see Milwaukee from the water on their narrated boat tours. You will be able to take in a lot of Wisconsin travel including the Milwaukee skyline, historic lighthouses, Calatrava's Bris Soleil at the Milwaukee Art Museum, Pier Wisconsin at Discovery World, Port of Milwaukee, the world's largest four-sided clock, and the opening river bridges.
These tours run from Memorial Day through Labour Day at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. every day. The tours last a little over an hour, with snacks, treats, and drinks available on board. There are also full lunches available if you order ahead of time.
Private charters are also available if you would like to make you Wisconsin travels even more special. This is a good opportunity for a number of events for up to 145 people. Please call ahead to see what will work best for your special Wisconsin travel adventure. As an added bonus, they will have limousine, van, or bus service to and from the boat where necessary.
Escape on the lake
As a fun event for the area, in the summer the local radio station, 102.1FM, holds a Friday Night Lake Escape where people can come and party on the river instead of going to the usual clubs.
